Please read these terms carefully before using the Retransfy platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Welcome to Retransfy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Retransfy platform, including its website, mobile applications, and all financial services and products made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Retransfy. Individual products available on the Platform may carry additional terms that supplement these Terms and will be presented to you separately at the point of activation.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using any service on the Retransfy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using Retransfy, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Product-Specific Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Retransfy platform as a whole. Individual products and services available on the platform may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies that will be presented to you at the point of subscription or activation. Those product-specific terms are supplementary to and consistent with these platform Terms.
Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
Access to Retransfy services requires a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or security concern.
Identity Verification
As a regulated financial services platform, we are required to verify the identity of our users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be asked to provide identification documents and supporting information. Failure to comply may restrict your access to platform services.

Retransfy is a regulated financial services platform offering a range of products to individuals and businesses. The specific services available to you may depend on your country of residence, account verification level, and eligibility criteria applicable to each product.
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous and reliable access to our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, system upgrades, regulatory compliance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Regulatory Compliance
All services offered on the Retransfy platform are subject to the laws and regulations of applicable jurisdictions. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue any service in any region to maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Fees and Charges
Service Fees
Fees applicable to each service are clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction or subscription. Fees may vary by service type, amount, payment method, and other factors. All applicable fees will be presented transparently prior to your commitment.
Rates and Pricing
Where applicable, rates such as interest, exchange margins, or returns are determined by market conditions, product terms, and regulatory guidelines. Rates displayed at the time of a transaction or agreement are the rates that apply to that specific action.
Third-Party Charges
You may incur charges from third-party providers such as banks, mobile money operators, or payment processors in connection with your use of our services. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility.
Taxes and Government Charges
Your Tax Obligations
You are responsible for any taxes, levies, duties, or government charges that may arise from your use of Retransfy services, including but not limited to income tax on returns or earnings generated through the platform, except where Retransfy is required by law to withhold or remit such taxes on your behalf.
Transaction and Activity Limits
Platform Limits
We apply limits to transaction amounts, frequencies, and balances based on regulatory requirements, risk assessments, and your account verification level. These limits may be adjusted over time and will be communicated through your account dashboard.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use any Retransfy service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or activity involving prohibited goods or services. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or reverse any transaction we have reasonable grounds to believe violates these terms or applicable law.
Sanctions Compliance
You may not use our platform to conduct activity involving countries, entities, or individuals subject to applicable economic sanctions or trade restrictions. We actively screen for and block sanctioned activity in accordance with our compliance obligations.
Transaction Processing
Processing Timelines
Processing times for transactions and service activations vary by product, payment method, and verification requirements. We will communicate expected timelines within each service. We are not liable for delays attributable to third-party providers, banking partners, or factors outside our control.
Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful initiation of a transaction, you will receive a reference number or confirmation record. This can be used to track the status of your activity within your account.
Failed or Incomplete Transactions
If a transaction cannot be completed, we will notify you and, where funds have been debited, initiate a return to your account or original payment source. Timelines for such returns depend on the nature of the service and the payment method used.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
Your ability to cancel a transaction or service engagement depends on the nature and status of the activity. Some actions, once executed, cannot be reversed. Product-specific cancellation conditions will be disclosed within each product's terms. To request a cancellation, contact our support team promptly.
Refunds
Where a cancellation or reversal is approved, any refund due will be returned to your account or original payment method, minus any non-refundable processing costs. The applicable refund policy for each service type will be disclosed at the point of engagement.
Disputed Activity
If you believe an error has occurred in connection with any account activity, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our determination following a thorough investigation is final.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the Retransfy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Retransfy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our platform without our express written permission.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or servers.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use automated systems to access our services; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) transmit viruses or malicious code; (e) engage in fraudulent activities; or (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Liability and Disclaimers
Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retransfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or technical failures.
Indemnification
Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Retransfy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

While we implement security measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. You remain responsible for all transactions completed before termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably.
Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ghana. The arbitration shall take place in Accra, Ghana.

General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the foundational agreement between you and Retransfy governing your use of the platform. They are supplemented by product-specific terms you accept when activating individual services, each of which forms part of your overall agreement with us.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
